In an effort to help encourage the use of alternate commute modes, TMA Delaware has formulated guidelines for companies interested in implementing a preferential parking program.

Preferential parking is a low-cost incentive that can be used to encourage the utilization of alternative commute modes, such as carpooling and vanpooling. Beginning a preferential parking program demonstrates to employees your company's commitment to ridesharing. Furthermore, on those dreary winter days when it is rainy, windy, and snowy, many employees will view preferential parking as a perk.
